Attendant, terminated March 20, 1936: “Suspended from duty for violation of rules in the Criminal Insane Building. At the request of two patients Mr. _________ unlocked their room door while he was on the ward alone.  This is strictly prohibited, and could have cost him his life.  His keys were taken from him by the patients and he was locked in a linen closet.  In their attempt to escape considerable damage was done to State property by the patients.”
